Żaneta Gwardzińska, PhD, customs broker. Currently she works in the Cultural Heritage Department at the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Her area of research focuses on legal issues concerning private museums, international art market. She is also an expert  in personal data protection and information security in the cultural sector.
